Staying Well...

To boost your immune system, increase Vitamin D, resting for eight hours a night, eat healthy foods, such as nuts, seeds or fish, vegetables, fruits, olive oil and whole grains, and avoid junk food, like soda, candy, trans fat and high fructose corn syrup.
