I recommend:
1) Para-Cleanse two week supply
2) Silver Shield Liquid - drink 1/2oz day - preferably before bed (while body is resting)
3) Silver Shield Gel to apply onto clean/dry irritated skin 2x/day
4) Probiotic 11 – take daily in between Para-Cleanse sessions
5) Drink Pau d' Arco daily (sweeten w/ Maple Syrup)
It works and WELL. Results may vary by person. But it's certainly worth a try :-)
